Okay, let’s talk about Sammy, because honestly, she deserves her own standing ovation (and maybe a nap, because this girl never stops).

Sammy is what we like to call a professional go-getter. She’s always moving, thinking, teaching, planning, helping, and somehow still finding time to hype everyone else up.

She’s incredibly self-driven, the kind of person who sets her own standards sky-high and then still manages to surpass them. As our Salon Education Lead, Sammy keeps the entire education wheel turning. She schedules trainings, organizes workshops, checks in on our assistants, and makes sure everyone has the tools and confidence to grow.

But what really makes Sammy special is how she cares. She’s that friend who can read you like a book, she’ll know you’re stressed before you even say a word. She’ll pull up a chair, listen to every detail, and give you advice that’s equal parts wise and brutally honest (in the best way). Her empathy is unmatched, and she always makes sure people feel seen, heard, and supported, whether it’s a teammate or a guest in her chair.

Sammy’s also just funny. Like, painfully funny. The kind of humor that sneaks up on you mid-conversation and has hurled over. She keeps us grounded, laughing, and motivated all at once.

She’s funny, sharp, and one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Her energy fills the salon and her presence makes it better, always. We love you, Sammy, thank you for keeping all of us laughing, learning, and striving to be better. 💚
