✨ Salon Spotlight: Valerie ✨

Congrats to Valerie! If you’ve been in the salon lately, chances are Val has already won your heart. She truly is such a bright light and exactly what we need here at Vinlie. Whether she’s running around making sure every corner of the salon is sparkling clean, tackling mountains of laundry without complaint, or jumping in to help absolutely anyone who needs it, Valerie is always moving. She helps keep the salon running like a well-oiled machine, and there’s honestly a noticeable difference when she’s here versus when she’s not.

Beyond all the hard work, Val brings so much personality into the salon every single day. Her quick wit, one-liners, screaming sneezes, and perfectly timed comments keep all of us laughing behind the scenes nonstop. She’s always ready to chat, catch up, spill a little tea, and make clients feel right at home the second they walk through the door.

One of our favorite things lately has been watching Valerie learn all the new slang and sayings people use now. Nothings better than hearing Val use her new vocab, “Clock it,” “67,” or “I know ball” in the middle of folding towels. Every day feels like a new episode of Keeping Up With Valerie.

But jokes aside, Valerie is such an important part of our salon family. Her kindness, energy, work ethic, and heart never go unnoticed, and we are so lucky to have her. She makes long days lighter, keeps us all smiling, and cares deeply about both the team and every client who walks through our doors.

Next time you stop in, make sure to say hi to Val, give her some love, and maybe teach her a new slang term for the week. Just be prepared… she will use it immediately and probably slightly incorrectly. ✨
